“What I like best about my job is making a difference for my clients who are often in difficult situations.”

Mr. Ashley Gnyś heads up the personal injury practice for the firm. He has handled thousands of personal injury cases in his over 38 years of experience. A graduate of Wilfred Laurier University, where he did his pre-law, Ashley then attended law school at the University of Ottawa.

A member of both the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association, Mr. Gnyś restricts his practice to representing persons who have lost their lives or suffered serious personal injuries due to the negligence of others. Typically his clients have been victims of car crashes, medical malpractice, unsafe premises, unsafe medical devices or unsafe pharmaceutical products.

Mr. Gnys has recently been certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. Only 2% of all lawyers in Canada (40,000) have been awarded this designation. It is a unique distinction that says that he has earned a reputation and an experience level that sets him apart in the area of Civil Litigation and specifically, that of personal injury which he practices on behalf of accident victims.
